• BZA Resolution: It may seem simple, but we suspect a lot went into passing this BZA Resolution of September 12, 2023.  Ask yourself why the BZA members who did the right thing needed to pass this resolution.  

Should we be frustrated?  You bet.  After reviewing this info, it should be obvious.  Would you want this to happen to you or others in Arlington, with all of it caused by the local government?  More can be said about this hearing and what it took to be heard given the County's tactics- so check back!
